allmyvinyl (5749) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 8, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2013 Second bottle I was better prepared - I chilled it down first, but it still filled two pint glasses with foam, and I lost some more. Now a hazy reddish brown, not just mud, decent head once it calmed down. Sherbet lemon yeast aromas, dough. Sour tasting. Still not good, but not as bad as the first time. 330ml bottle at home. Gusher! Muddy brown. Smells infected. This is basically badly off. I’d pour it away if I wasn’t so mean. Got one more, so will re-rate when I’ve opened that one. 1.2

330ml Bottle - Copper with a foamy head. Caramel, dried fruit, marzipan and nuts in the aroma. Fruity taste with sultanas, dried apricot and some slightly metallic hints.

KyotoLefty (7337) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 3, 2013
Bottle from ABS. Uninspired nose, faint, some jammy apricots, orange, grass, spices, and bread. Amber-orange color with lace. Spicy flavor, yeasty, cinnamon, caramel, apricot and apple, nicely bitter and earthy. Good hoppy finish, but quite a mess, spices, malts, weird and confused. Not horrible, but not so good either.

langeveld12 (283) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 1, 2013
Pours an average frothy off-white head that mostly diminished. Body is hazy yellow. Aroma contains moderate malts (light bread, straw, molasses), light hops ( citrus fruits), light yeasts (soap) and grape, raisin, plum, apple, maple syrup and spices. Flavor is light acidic followed by sweetnes and light bitterness. Body is medium to full with syrupybtexture and soft carbonation. It's tripel like. Ok.

AirForceHops (4178) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 25, 2013
Draft @ Ebenezer’s. Cloudy amber with thin soapy head. Fruity yeast, floral hops and malt. The flavor provides lots of caramel malt and candy sugar with a light floral hop in the finish. Light bitterness with a dry texture.

Bottles from Coppers, Newcastle. This cloudy red-brown beer explodes out of the bottle with a large foamy head. There are sour red fruity notes with spice and earthy and notes, dry lemon and a creamy finish.

Breakfast toast brown. Sweet burnt caramel and vanilla malt in the nose. Sweet, with sour/bitter hints at the edges. A tasty golden.

Bottle at Beergeek. Copper color, cloudy a little. Smells like apple juice. Taste with bit malt sweetness, dark fruit, some spiceness, with sweet and alcoholic aftertaste.

330 ml bottle. Lot 49/29/10. BB Jan 2016. From bierkompass.de.
Dark brown colour with a small greyish white head. Caramel sweetness, malt and mild alcohol in the aroma. No real difference to X so far... The flavour is dark fruits, malt, caramel sweetness, yeasty bitterness and alcohol. Maybe a tad better than the X. A bit more balanced too.
