BBE 01/2016 - Pours orange with medium white head. Aroma of fruits, spices, malts and some earthy notes. Taste of exotic fruits, apricot, spices and some earthy notes. Slightly sweet and malty. Finish is fruity with some glue notes. Okay, slightly unbalanced.

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque dark amber with a yellowish head. Heavily phenollic aroma with some alcohol lurking. Medium body, a little lowish in carbonation, overripe fruit, a little chocolate and some hops appearing late. Better than the single X me thinks. 030312

TET (1641) - FINLAND - MAR 2, 2012
A beautiful, cloudy and orange beer with a almost big and beige head. aroma is fruitfull and even overcooked fruitfull, bananas, sweet plums, yeast and some spicyness lurks in the background. Taste is also fruitfull, nice herbal spicyness, some peppers, long and dry aftertaste, simpler taste than aroma. Medium bodied, fresh and quite lot of carbonation. Nice, (belgian)fruitfull beer with strenght and effort, but still the brightest crown cant be achieved.

evergreen0199 (2011) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 19, 2012
On tap at the excellent Struise beer shop in Brugge, Belgium last Christmas. A hazy golden coloured pour with a small white head on top. Citrus fruit aroma. Tastes quite bitter, dry, citrus fruit. Rather hard work to be honest.

Draught, Struise shop, Brugge, 14/02/12. Misted, apricot-coloured with a low white foam. Yeasty, Twiglet and strawberry fruit aroma. Dusty apple and apricot, the almond of booze. Wheat and pepper notes. So-so.

Hazy orange colour. Feels quite prickly and a little spicy. There some fruitiness there although its not sweet. Some bitter orange peel citrus comes through in the finish.

Clear amber body with a small white head. Aromatic hoppy and yeasty aroma with apricot, honey, quite floral overall. Smooth medium palate with little carbonation. Malty sweet flavour with strawberry, apricot, spices (notably clove). Nice, a bit on the sweet side.
