Bottle at home, from Dranken Geers, 24/03/13. Gusher Alert ... Lost 20/25 % of this one ! Hazed orange amber with a big light beige frothy head - good lacing ensues. Nose is orange peel, citrus, yeast, spice - corriander, candied sugars, rye bread. Taste lacks a little depth for an 8% beer, drinkable none the less with pale malt, yeast, citrus, spice, lemon, corriander, rye, caramel, sugars. Full end of medium bodied, fine carbonation - pitched perfectly, smooth on the palate. A decent enough triple but no world beater.

A lovely triple ale. Fruity notes on the nose and a relatively smooth and easy drinking taste. Nothing too surprising ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. The nose is a mix of citrus, floral bouquet, some light spice and molasses. The taste is medium sweetness and high bitterness throughtout eventually finishing with more bitterness. The mouthfeel is sticky, body is heavy and the finish is long. ,

draft @ antwerps bierhuyske pours blonde , white foam. taste is dry, sweet, not much taste, very meh ... but nevertheless, glad to got to try a struise i hadn’t had yet, especialy on draft . but they have way better

Bottle @ home. Aroma is big caramel and fruits, some nuts and bread. Flavour is sweet yet dry, but also a bit dusty and metallic. Expected more.

Bottle, 33cl, Geers. Pours dark orange, almost brown. Woody sweet nose. Aroma bit sour, quite sweet. Bit strange. Touch of sulphur. A lesser Struise brew.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amver colour with a firm medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Bready cara-malty aroma with yeasty spice, fruity notes of apricots and peaches, as well as some herbal accents. Sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty and slightly sugary start with present fruity accents; sweet malty and apricot-/peach-fruity finish with a muted alcoholic strength. Deceptive. 16.II.13

Hazy red brown, small off white head. Aroma and taste is sour, wood, some yeast, brown sugar. Medium body, ok carbo.

Buenísima cerveza. De color bronce con ligera espuma blanca. De olores y sabores complejos. Huele a frutas, melocotón, uva,.. el sabor es también afrutado, pero a la vez picante y especiado. Cualquier intento de adivinarlo me equivocaría, así que mejor bébela.

Poured a clear amber with a big, frothy white head, Aroma of spice and a bit of citrus. Medium, creamy body, flavour is of peach, sweet malt , slightly bready, Sweet, lingering aftertaste.
