33cl bottle served in a Delirium Tremens glass. Pours a cloudy orangey colour with a white head and some floating sediment. Tastes fruity and juicy with suggestions of lemon curd and citrus notes. Mouthfeel is just right and the carbonation is less lively than a lot of other triples. Very good and will definitely seek out again.

Appearance- it surges out of the bottle. Pours a cloudy, murky golden with a half finger head, and lots of sediment. Aroma- tart fruit, yeast, orange peel, grapefruit, bit of citrus- almost lambic smelling. Taste- lots of fruit, little bit of sourness, smooth, quite full mouthfeel, orange, lemons, juicy fruit, quite a bit of carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle 330 ml at home, into a tulip. ABV 8% Very dark orange golden colour on the body, a bit hazy, with a tall and slighty off-white head on top, with average retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma of malts, sugar, honey, peach, a touch of yeast. Taste is sweet, peaches, apricot, the malts and honey again present. There is a strong enough bitterness on the finish and the aftertaste to balance the initial sweetness. Medium body, soft carbonation, mildly dry palate. Overall quite good, better than the one X version.

V pozadi uplne lahka horka dochut.

330ml bottle from Les Crepes de Sophie, Shrewsbury. Mild sour character with ripe fruits, lemon zest and some tripel-esque yeast. I’m not the biggest sour fan but this is smooth and drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’ place. Thanks Stas. Clear amber, white film. Fruity, dusty and some prune aroma, sweet taste with hints of sourness. Medium bodied, syrupy, very soft carbonation.
