3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle; bought from magic yeast shop, 33cl, poured into Struise glass on an absolutely blindingly hot day.
White lacing, murky copper-bronze appearance, aroma is floral hops, pine, banana, toffee, treacle, oranges, brown sugar. Taste is oranges, toffee, banana. caramelt, pine, gorgeous sprakling mouth feel, candy sugar, slightly burnt toast notes-mildy roasted and sharp on the tongue, alcohol, wood, a bit of burn but not too aggressive, floral hops, reasonably balanced. An interesting beer, think I hold this back a bit too long thu, Sorry Carlo and Urbs, my amateurish rate here.

33cl bottle at home - or what was left of it after it came flying out of the bottle. Open with caution!

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle. Pours golden color with a huge frothy white head. High carbonation. Had to let this settle for a while. Green apples, apricots, barnyard in aroma, quite pleasant. Flavor has apricots, grain, barnyard mostly. More apricots in the dry finish. Some alcohol warmth as well. Really pleasant, but too bad about the carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Appearance a nice amber, but bottle had funky yeast sediment. Aroma a sweet and sour, not my fav. Taste simalar, not pleasant in my opinion, and quite spicy. Palate equally rough snd not creamy or smooth feeling. Overall dissappointed, wont likely go for this one again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy gold with a thin head, lactic sourness on the nose plus faint apricot. Palate is fruity, estery, sour and lightly spicy. Like a sour-tripel hybrid.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottiglia 33cl, comprata da giangaspero e bevuta a casa.
Ambrata con molta schiuma.
Al naso è acida, con una punta di frutta.
In bocca è carbonatissima, corpo medio.
Conferma una certa acidità, malto e lievito in quantità.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330l bottle. After having lost half a bottle of beer, I opened this with caution. Only lost about 20ml.aroma is light hazy yellow with big bubbly white head. Aroma is extremely sour and tart. Taste is equally sour. Very dry and heavily carbonated. I quite like it but is it meant to taste like this?! Odd for this style

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(Bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Dec 12 2014) A hazy pale gold with a big white head and some lace. Aroma like a twisted triple, pale malts and slight banana, bubblegum, clove, dried fruit maybe, an unusual medicinal herbal funk. On the palate, more lactic, yoghurt with touches of lemon and maybe apricot, light wheat malt in the middle where there doesn’t seem to be much else going on, drying conspicuously and becoming bitter and medicinal in the finish, kind of an old school cough syrup flavour without sweetness. BItter orange peel flavour too. Maybe a touch woody in there. Fairly light with effervescent high carbonation. The idea of a sour Flemish take on a tripel is a nice one, but this seemed to be a little bit confused, flavours not well integrated, kind of gutless in the middle of the sip. Fortunately was not an infected gusher either, but not amazing.

Taste a bit like champagne and leaves an after taste of alcohol when swallowed.
