Bottle thanks to Dixonian. Pours clear amber with off white head. Aroma of light nut and caramel, some toast. Flavor much the same but overall this is a pretty watery, toned down brew.

A pretty nondescript wheat beer. Good dark color. Decent taste. Itís a local beer, so Iíll try it again if I get the chance, but I wouldnít go out of my way for it.

Draught with lunch for the Christmas Tree lighting. Pretty simple wheat ale overall. Clear amber-brown color with no real head or lacing. Fairly light aroma with a little sweet grain. Flavor was again light with a fairly thin mouthfeel. Just a little less pronounced that I expected from a wheat ale.

12oz bottle. Pours a very lightly hazed, amber colored body with a finger-width, dense and frothy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet malts with some caramel, toasted bread, a hint of cocoa, and nuts. A touch of fruitcake and earth. Flavor is a watered down version of the aroma. Nutty and bready with some fruitcake and a light hop. The somewhat stale hop taste grows in the finish where this dries and leaves a medium length aftertaste. Medium, smooth body and carbonation. Overall, a pretty bland beer. Not a whole lot going on here. Eh...

Pours a dark amber with an of white head. Aroma is sweet malt with some yeasty, bready notes. Flavor is light sweet malt, bit of hops. Clean and uninfected, this is a big plus from this brewer.

Average beer. It did kind of grow on me though. Bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with a very small white head. Aroma was bread and malts. Flavor was amber flavors. Matls, yeast and spices. A metallic taste at first like the bottle was infected but then left. average at best but gets more points with me because it is a local beer.

Pour is a dark amber with a large white head. Aroma is a burnt breadyness. I donít know if that is what they were going with but i give it the benefit. Flavor is weaker with some gingerbread and winter wheat but not enough to carry this above par.

Bottled. They call this an amber wheat. The body is deep chestnut with wispy traces of a khaki head. The nose is black tea with some hints of marshmallow. There is also a light citrus quality. The taste is initially very strong with bread crust and some almond shells. Once you drink a little more, notes of black tea and some apple core come through. This is ok, but I am not sure that the level of hopping matches with the thin body.
