Plastic Bottled as Morrisons Medium Dry Cider. Pale golden with a very light carbonation and a very dry texture. Holds some flavour though.

Gold, no fizz. Rather vinegary apple aroma. By contrast, on tasting it’s smooth and creamy with lots of vanilla and a hint of oak.

On tap at the Duke fo York in Cowes. This is areally drinkable cider to appreciate. Full body, mild apples, average carbo and moderate sweetness. Enjoyed it from A to Z. Classy stuff.

Aliased from Westons Family Vintage Cider, on cask at the Duke of York in Cowes. Pours out in a hazy yellow-golden colour with medium body. Aroma of natural, dry apple juice and leaves. Taste of natural apples, leaves, oak. Hints of German-Swabian Most. Dry and crispy finish - nice one.

Rated as Marcle Hill Cider. Tapped from a box, ½Pint for £1.08 at Wetherspoon-pub in Derry. This cider is dry in the beginning, smooth and slightly tart. The mainpart is smooth, sweetish and not really tart. The aftertaste is juicy, appley. 10/12/9/10

Bought in 500ml bottle as Morrison’s Medium Dry Cider. Really nothing to distinguish this from many other ciders on the market but at only £1 per bottle it’s not to be sniffed at. Dry green apples to the fore. Quite fizzy but not overly.

Cask / Bag in a Box @ Euston Cider Tap. Reading the ratings I’m not entirely sure if this is the same cider but this is where ratebeer directed me. So. This has some pretty interesting flavours with a prominent vanilla character and possibly a little caramel from the oak. Dry, yet smooth with possibly a little rum coming through. Again, a very interesting blend and one I wouldn’t mind re-visiting on my return to the Cider Tap.
