cask at JDW ... very light hazy pale yellow... sharp apple nose ... typical light fruity cider with a little bite in back and loads of apple in linger.

Sampled at Charlie’s. Natural weak apple aroma. Yellow appearance. Quite refreshing and moderately sweet finish. Some dryness finsihes this cider well of.

<b>Bag-in-box at Charilie’s, Cph.</b> Fresh green apples in the nose, with a slight touch of vinegar and light oak. Hazy Yellow body with no head at all. Quite dry apple flavor, very fresh, but a bit light on the palate in the end. Leaves the mouth somewhat with a dry and chalky feeling.

[Cask at The Three Judges] Hazy yellow colour. Ripe apples, spicey, touch of acidity. Fruity palate, earthy finish, some tartness.

Cask. Pale yellow colour, not much head. Aroma is sour apple and vanilla with some mild oaky notes. Flavour is strong apples, fruits and quite vanillaish.
