Mar 29, 2008 Clear, pale gold with moderate carbonation and next to no head. Aroma of sweet apples and a touch of yeast. Flavour was on the sweet side, with plenty of fruit, some wood and a very short, dry finish. Ok.

Jul 20, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour, woody slightly musty aroma. Taste is very smooth touch on the sweet side some oakiness, doesn’t have the real appley tang edge to it that others have but very nice and easy drinking.

Apr 9, 2006 Bottle. Quite a pale gold colour. Aroma is apples with perhaps some background oak. Quite sweet for a medium dry, but it gets away with it. The oak is more noticable in the taste. Pleasant cider.
