Bottle. Clear golden body with a small but longlasting white head. Sweet apples in aroma with some white grapes. Dusty but sweet apples in flavour with a little alcohol touch. Medium bodied. Nice.

A golden cider with a thin receeding white head. A pleasant aroma of sour apples and light horseblanket. In mouth, a tartish apple with light aldehyde harshness, a bit thin. Bottle from LCBO giftbox, x-mas 2006. BB 07-08.

Flaske: Årgang 2007. Udmærket duft af æbler på en klar lys cider. Smagen er for domineret af alkohol og en smule stald, og bestemt ikke lige så god som standard weston. Meget tør finish.

Bottle, Morissons. Clear golden colour. Aroma of sour apple, horse manure, wood. Flavour of sour apple, wood and grass. Dry finish.

(Bottle from Tesco’s, Diss) Light golden with fast bubbles and no head. Smell tart apples, yeast, wild, sharp and strong. Nice. Smooth apple taste with sparkling carbonation. Sweet in the back of the throat with some tart bitter underneath. A little wine-y-ness to it. Very nice cider.

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is mild alcohol, some apple, vanilla, wood and some slight notes of champagne. Flavour is brutal wood, grass, dry champagne, mild apples and some vanilla kicking in in the finish. Very dry and alcoholic, yet quite thinbodied. Easy to drink though, for being 8.2%.

Bottle@Home, Vintage 2007. Aroma of menur and yeast with some apple. Pale yellow color, some head. Sweet, apple, bitter, light yeasty, sourish. Nasy dry like champagne. Bland and thinnish.

Bottle from LIC. Yellow colour. MOdeerate nice aplle aroma. very dry woody aplle flavor. Too much alcohol making this cider not fresh. Very dry. Oily palate. Not that pleasent.
