Clear golden cider, slightly fizzy, but no head. Dry fruity aroma, quite subdued. Mellow apple taste, quite sharp, not too cartoony at all. Fairly sweet, balances the sourness, but not at all sticky. Reasonable finish reflects the earlier tastes.

May 21, 2008 Bottle, Ølfestival Aarhus 2008. Pours a clear golden cider, without any head. The aroma is fruity and acidic. The flavor is refreshing and a little sour. Finishes dry. Overall a nice cider.

May 15, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a immediately disappearing white head. Smooth and dry phenol apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour. Light phenol and mild yeasty note, although minor. Very smooth and nice cider.

May 1, 2008 Nice aroma with notes of old appels and oak. Pale golden colour with no head. Taste is fruity appels with some sourness and oak. Nice dry finish.

Feb 4, 2008 Bottle. Nice clear deep golden colour. Sweet tart apple oaky bit yeasty aroma. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has sweet apples and vinegar with oak, alcohol and a very dry finish.

Jan 26, 2008 Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold colour with no head and slight carbonation. Sweet, slightly industrial apple aroma with a hint of yeast. Sweet apple apple flavour with a dry finish. Alcohol not prominent, but the drink wasn’t particularly refreshing either. Not my kind of cider.

Jan 11, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Øltorvet.dk. Pours quite golden with a little head on the pour - disappears immediately. Lots of bubbles breaking the surface. Aroma is sweet with lots of red apples, a great dose of sourish oakiness. Mouthfeel is flatter than expected with a nice oily feel at first. Flavour masquarades the alcohol very well. Sweet and sticky apples at first, with a great dryness. The oak appears as a great tarty finish. A good cider, but it is very powerful, tart and dry.
