Bottle shared with northropfrye. Not much aroma to speak of. Faintly oaky fruity. Beautiful clear appearance. Delicate floral taste. Lively palate.

Definitely a woodsiness to the aroma, also apples, obviously. Faint yellow colour. Taste is sweet apple and smoky wood chips. Abv well masked.

Vintage 2011. 500ml bottle. Clear golden color. Leather, sweat, fruity notes in aroma. Cigarette, wood, leather, horse in flavor. Alcohol is well hidden.

Vintage 2010. Dobry cydr. Mocny alkohol nie wyczuwalny, ale po wypiciu troche w glowie szumi. Kolor cos pomiedzy zlotem a bursztynem. Piany nie ma wcale. Zapach jablkowy, troche jakby sfermentowanych jablek. Smak tego wytrawnego cydra jest typowo jablkowy z wiekszym nastawieniem na odmiany kwaskowate. Wszystko jest ok ale podejrzewalem ze bedzie to cydr znacznie lepszy od odmiany organicznej ze wzgledu na dojrzewanie w debowych beczkach.

Pours a pale yellow. Aromas are medicinal and woody. Some sweetness. Flavours are sweet apple, and a nice oakiness...some medicinal flavours too. Pretty good.

50cl bottle from el corte ingles, lisbon. Very light golden color with thin head. Fizzy medium to high carbonation. Sweetness is maybe to high for me, but there’s some bitterness here. Interesting apple and light wood aroma.

Bottle @ C4 as "Westons Henry Westons 2010 Vintage", 8.2%. Cleat pale golden with tiny white head. Aroma is apples, tart, oak, wood and white wine. Flavour is apples, wood, little dry, medium sweet, oak, little tart and a little white wine.

500 ml bottle (on sale at Tesco). Clear golden body with a fast disappearing white head. Quite mild apple aroma, apple core and a hint of sulfur. OK fruity apple flavor with mild acidity and a light apple core impression. A bit thin in body and plain aftertaste, some fruit flavor is actually missing in the aftertaste. OK enough, but pretty in the middle of the road all over and easy forgotten.

Bottle, courtesy of Beer3000. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of apples, some apple peel and cores with some sulfur and sugar. Flavor is sweet and fruity with red apples, sugar and wood leading to a dry finish.Medium to thin body, soft carbonation.
