May 21, 2006 (Bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a rough, dissipating head. Tart apple aroma. Medium body, quite sweetish with distinct apple flavours. Very soft and pleasant, the alcohol is definitely there but yet quite discreet. 180506

May 15, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a immediately disappearing white head. Smooth and dry phenol apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour. Light phenol and mild yeasty note, although minor. Very smooth and nice cider.

Jul 9, 2007 Bottle. [ Courtesy of Papsoe ] Clear medium yellow color with a small virtually none white head. Aroma is moderate vinegar, oak, apple, sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Jan 16, 2009 Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is mild alcohol, some apple, vanilla, wood and some slight notes of champagne. Flavour is brutal wood, grass, dry champagne, mild apples and some vanilla kicking in in the finish. Very dry and alcoholic, yet quite thinbodied. Easy to drink though, for being 8.2%.

Jan 29, 2006 Bottle from Sainsbury. Pale gold, no head. Some rubber upfront, but then fresh apple fruit aroma. Carbonation in mouth is ok. Bit more rubber, but some nice apple/peach flavour. Finish has some intense syurupy fruit and good dryness. Above average commercial cider. But then what do I know about cider?
