| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Jan 11, 2008 Bottle, bought @ Øltorvet.dk. Pours quite golden with a little head on the pour - disappears immediately. Lots of bubbles breaking the surface. Aroma is sweet with lots of red apples, a great dose of sourish oakiness. Mouthfeel is flatter than expected with a nice oily feel at first. Flavour masquarades the alcohol very well. Sweet and sticky apples at first, with a great dryness. The oak appears as a great tarty finish. A good cider, but it is very powerful, tart and dry. Rastacouere (5565), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Comments: The usual sweet and sour Weston approach. Middle of the road, even for that cider house.
