Commercial Description:
This Cider, made from the juice of many traditional bittersweet cider apple varieties, has been allowed to mature in old oak vats for up to six months where it develops its rich sweet fruity character.

50 cl bottle, at Hopheads tasting at Roger´s place. Clear golden color, moderate white head. Aroma is apples and wood. Flavor is apples and oak. Dry finish.

Clear golden with no head. Sweet aroma with apple and woody notes. Flavor goes same way and ends sweet.

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow with a lacing white head. Sweet and fresh apple aroma with a light phenol note. Sweet apple flavour with light citric apple note. Ends sweet and citric.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare lacework. Clear flat looking body with a pale golden colour. Aroma of sweet fruity feel, mild vinegar, hint of wood. Light to medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light acidic and sweet flavour in balance. Light dry and acidic apple finish.

Bottle. Pours a pale golden colour with a short fizzy head. Fresh sweet apple aroma. Good sparkling mouthfeel. The flavour has a good apple sweetness with a good mild sourness.
