On cask. Appearance: dirty lemon, cloudy as hell, zero head. Aroma: old apples, banana, sweet too with some earthiness. Flavour: sweet and sour, a little malty. Sweet, almost salty boozy finish. Lovely.

(cask) pours a cloudy golden colour with no head. aroma of lemon zest, heavy vanilla and green apple, slightly medicinal, with a hint of moist wood and custard. flavour is slightly sweet, with medicinal notes of green olives and band aid, ripe green apples, slightly tart with a dry finish. heavy-bodied with very soft carbonation.

Dobry i bardzo wytrawny cydr. Metny mocno ze az przypomina mus jablkowy. Orzezwiajacy aromat mocno goryczkowy i kwaskowaty smak mi bardzo odpowiadal. Procent alk jak na cydr spory lecz w smaku nie wyczuwalny ale parenascie minut po spozyciu w glowie troche szumialo. Ten naturalnie sfermentowany cydr moglbym kazdemu polecic, zwlaszcza w upalne dni.

Bottle. This is a dryer cider than I expected. Its very tart and has lots acidity.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2013 Bottle. Pours slightly murky pale straw. clear aroma of apples. Sourish, vinous aroma of apples and grain. Dryish aftrtaste. Nice but nothing revolutionary.

Tap. Cloudy orange color. No head, non expected. Leather, sour, sweet, woody notes in aroma. Sweet, apple, leather, minimum vinegar in flavor. Smooth but still spicy and full of spark. Wonderful.

Not usually a cider drinker, but this one is okay, good nose, fruity and light, dam i need some sun for this one.

Slightly cloudy pale yellow and weak looking cider. It’s not short of flavour or aroma though.

Cloudy amber cider. Low carbonation. Tart and sweet. Very fruity aroma of sweet apples, dry bitter aftertaste.

330 ml bottle. Hazy pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma of ripe apples with some tart notes. Flavor has the same ripe tart apples, with some spicy notes. Medium-bodied, flat carbonation. Pretty good, but the cask version is much better.
