Bag in box at the farm, Ashley vale.
Super cloudy flat green tinged yellow with funky apple peel nose. A lot sweeter than I remember it being but plenty of sharp apple and low carbonation. Accessible

A cloudy yellow-orange cider with just a gentle fizz. A light apple aroma. A little woody and grassy. Very dry mouthfeel. A tart apple flavour, again, woody and grassy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

En frisk og let bitter duft. En frisk bitter smag og en nærmest røget eftersmag. En flot gylden farve.

Cloudy scrumpy cider pour, no amber in sight. I read something about a porter but it definitely isn’t a porter. Or a stout. I’m making a guess that is a cider. It tastes of scrumpy apples, no fizz, decent but nothing you’d bother telling anyone about whether you had to or not. Are you interested at all? Really? The big one approaches.

Aroma: Sour rotten apples, more an aroma of white wine than beer. Appearance: Pale straw when uncloudy, tinging to a yellow-green when cloudy. Taste: Sour up front, sweet-sour in the middle, sour and acidic at the back. All sourness is medium to moderate, but lingers sour and acidic throughout. Palate: Crisp and gently fizzy at the front, wet and sedate at the back. Leaves a dry aftertaste, some lingering carbonation/acid burn on the tongue and palate. Overall: Mediocre to bad. Would probably pair very well with something like seafood though, where the acidity would cut and pair. Definitely not something I’d drink again.
