0.33L bottle, smallish head, strong carbonation, murky yellow colour with slight orange taints, aroma of apple juice, with some winey and barnyard notes, flavour of apples with some wood notes and a citrusy acidity, quite dry with a pleasant bitter sour aftertaste. Good.

Cloudy pale yellow color, thin white head. Lots of sediment. Nicely looking cider. Aroma of wine, wood and just a hint of apples. Taste is moderately to highly sweet with acidic finish. Drinkable, but not something I would buy regularly.

Bottle 330ml. Pours slightly cloudy bright yellow with green tint. No head. Aroma of sweet apples, wine and yeast, also some bread. Tastes slightly sweet, then quite sour with nice interchanging sweet-sour tastes play. Some strong tannin and pleasant bitter sweet after taste. Flavor of fresh green apple, white wine, tannin, sour apple, strong umami, almost meaty, some yeast, wood. Very much like an apply wine. Not bad but not too interesting. It does have some complexity. Mouth feel is creamy with light carbonation. After taste is very pleasant, wine, umami and cheesy.

Bottle 330ml. Clear light yellow with no head. Aroma of apple, mild sweetness, grapefruits. Sweetish apple flavor, winey, light sourness. Light carbonation. Light body. Semi-dry sweet-sour aftertaste.

At Brick Brewery, think on tap but not 100%, 13/09/14. Lightly hazed golden with zero headwear. Nose is tangy apples, dank orchard notes, straw, light smoke. Taste comprises dank apple, sweet notes, earthy orhcard tones, light smoke, hint of puke. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough zider.

On cask @ Rover Return, Douglas. Smooth and slightly sweetish-fruity. Apples, slightly tart, not too dry. Nice smooth fruity-appley aftertaste, slightly tart, still slightly sweet and highly drinkable! Nice!!

Golden yellow and cloudy cider with visible yeast. Fresh apples on the nose. Nice tart apples in the flavor. Leaves your mouth dry but still has that nice sweetness as well. A good cider.

Kolor metnego zlota. Piany brak. W aromacie nuty szampanskie, kwasne, lekko dzikie, minimalnie waniliowe z nuta suchego drewna. W smaku wytrawne, kwasne, szampanskie, mocno sciagajace, intensywna nuta suchego drewna i lekka wanilia, wyczuwalna minimalna jablkowa slodycz. Wysycenie niskie, niestety lekki drapiaco-alkoholowy finisz.
