(Bag in box) - Golden, crystal clear colour. Woody, dry, ripe apple nose. Although a bit watery, this is a nice and wellmade cider.

Sep 1, 2008 Cask, 7.3%. Citric aroma. Clear golden colour, no head. Sweet flavour, some cardboard and paint thinner. Not so good.

Aug 5, 2008 Cask. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is vanilla, wood and some alcohol along with rotten apples. Flavour is blue cheese and smoke along with the same stuff as in the aroma. Nice and balanced for being 7.3%.

Aug 3, 2008 Clear golden with tiny white short lasting head. Fairly dry aroma with apple and woody notes. Flavor likewise with a dry strong finish.

Apr 7, 2008 From tap at Charlies. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Light phenol apple aroma. Flavour is sweet at first before a solid phenol and woody almost smoke note shows through. Light acidic finish with a lingering woody note mixed with a light apple fruity note. Dry phenol and woody into the very far finish. Nice.
