Sobchak (131), Skagen, Denmark Jan 8, 2006 (Bag in box) - Golden, crystal clear colour. Woody, dry, ripe apple nose. Although a bit watery, this is a nice and wellmade cider.

KimJohansen (5208), Copenhagen V, Denmark Aug 3, 2008 Clear golden with tiny white short lasting head. Fairly dry aroma with apple and woody notes. Flavor likewise with a dry strong finish. yespr (8539), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 7, 2008 From tap at Charlies. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Light phenol apple aroma. Flavour is sweet at first before a solid phenol and woody almost smoke note shows through. Light acidic finish with a lingering woody note mixed with a light apple fruity note. Dry phenol and woody into the very far finish. Nice.
