Amber coloured with slight carbonation and no head. Dry apple and cinnamon aroma. Flavour continued the apple dryness, with a touch of yeast, oak and a fruity finish. Drinkable. In mouth, a lightly funky wild taste, sourish apples, light residual sugar. An interesting cider. Bottle bought in Weston Gift Pack, LCBO, X-mas 2006. BB 07-08.
