Sep 30, 2008 Bottled@SBWF2008. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, caramel, vanilla and some mild hints of alcohol. Flavour is apples, fruits and some alcoholic sweetness. Mild yeastyness as it warms up.

Sep 28, 2008 (Bottle) Purchased at Spinnaker’s in James Bay for $4.90. Pours a mild amber body. Nose is dry and metallic. Flavour is similar to Bulmers with that medicinal base, some tart seed and tannins but overall fairly average.

Jul 22, 2008 Bottle from ASDA. Amber coloured with slight carbonation and no head. Dry apple and cinnamon aroma. Flavour continued the apple dryness, with a touch of yeast, oak and a fruity finish. Drinkable.

Jun 12, 2008 A lightly hazed golden cider with big bubbled white head, quickly collapsing. Aroma of sourish apples, McIntosh, pulp. In mouth, a lightly funky wild taste, sourish apples, light residual sugar. An interesting cider. Bottle bought in Weston Gift Pack, LCBO, X-mas 2006. BB 07-08.
