Aromatisch fruchtiger Antrunk, vollmundig. Angenehme Süße, geringe Karbonisierung. Vollmundig bleibend, leicht trocken. Die Süße nimmt nur langsam ab, vollmundig, harmonisch. Gut! 10/11/9/12/10/11

The absolute best Perry around down here in Australia. A perfect spritzy sparkling "Clean" fresh perry which i believe is made from only Perry pears as opposed to supermarket pears in the trolley. A lovely after taste that does not coat the tongue with chemicals, syrup or added sugars. The image shown here is not what it looks like today so upgrade it girls & boys.

0,5L bottle. Pours straw with white head. The head doesn’t stay. ˇAroma is sweet, vinous, and pear. Taste is very sweet, with some tart. Overall: it’s not awful, but it’s also not really good.

Appearance: Clear golden/straw/green. Aroma: Musty, earthy, wood, leaves, acetic . Taste: Medium/high tartness and medium sweetness. Palate: Thick smooth texture, medium body, average carbonation, abrupt , dry, pear with an initial tartness which develops into sweetness with an alcohol warmth. There is a degree of champagne/white wine vinosity and strangely a touch of umami. Comments: Very tasty. Initially quite tart but the flavour develops and becomes balanced . Rating is for 2012 Vintage.
