Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. A golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by apples, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry and somewhat tart finish.

Århus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow and golden. Aroma is slight phenol and apple fruity. Sweet apple and light phenol flavour. Ends sweets. Simple yet nice.

Bottled@SBWF2008. Yellowish colour, no head. Aroma is sour apples, some mild vanillaish and wooden notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild sourness and herbal notes kicking in.

Fruity aroma of apples and apple core with notes of rotten apples.

Bottle. Very small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are nice crisp apples, citrus, oak and well hidden alcohol.

On tap at the Wharf. As Premium Medium Dry Draught Cider. A clear, still, dark golden cider. Pleasant aroma of ripe apples, orchard, apple cores and a little touch of fruit syrup. Quite dry on the palate, but not puckering. Pleasant carbonation and full body. Apples of course dominate the flavor, but there’s also a faint spiced touch. Drying, apple finish with a touch of apple cores and fruit syrup. Drinks easy, quenches and is tasting good too. 101216

Clear golden with a tiny white short lasting head. Aroma was sweet with apples. Flavour was somewhat dry with apples and wood. Finished dry and fruity.
