Beer Snob (344), Ontario, Canada Apr 6, 2008 My favourite cider.
Pale yellow and headless when poured. Acidic aroma and a nice tartness. Thin mouthfeel, but a nice fruity aftertaste.
wilderthanyou (301), Guelph, Ontario, Canada Jun 26, 2008 First let me say, this and strongbow are the only ciders i’ve tasted, so it’s hard for me to really compare this.
Pours a straw yellow, no head. Aroma is sweet, but strange, like apples gone bad i guess. The flavour is ok, the apple doesn’t really shine like I thought it would, tastes a bit like apples that have been cooked to mush. Really all and all, this stuff is pretty unimpresive, but atleast its thirst quenching. Baadstorp (55), Århus, Denmark Jun 10, 2008 nice fresh with lots of flavor. nice crisp dry apple taste. real nice cider.... imdownthepub (3937), Banbury, Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, England May 7, 2008 Bottled, 660ml, from Morrisons, Banbury. Yellow gold with no head. Sweet commercial cider, not really very applelike in flavour though. Sugary, honeyed with a touch of pine in the background. Not great. amfenlon (5), ipswich, England does not count Apr 26, 2008 not very big on aroma, but pleasant enough, a nice golden colour but what it lacked in aroma it made up for in taste lots of flavour and a very smooth palate with no lingering after taste, best cider i have drunk this year so far Maria (3788), Thisted, Denmark Apr 11, 2008 Nice yellow-golden with a small head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of apple and fruity sourness. The flavour has sweetness and fruit acidity, notes of apple, but overall a bit on the thin side. It’s inoffensive and easy to drink.
