Bottle shared with a bunch of folks at Doug’s - courtesy of Doug. Golden colour with a mild haziness. Aroma is musty and funky, really neat. Flavour is soft and mellow, with some mild funkiness behind the apple flavour. Not sure if that funkiness was intentional, but it added an interesting note to an otherwise standard cider, so I’m not gonna complain.

12oz bottle -

A really nice example of an English cider, that really showcases the apple. Musty apple aroma, with a fresh sweet apple juice flavor. One dimensional but then, it’s a cider so it should be all about the apple. Worth trying if you happen to cross paths with it.

Pours gold into a shaker. Head quickly fizzles and dissipates to nothing. Sweet oak and apple aromas. Soft with mildly tart apple front to back and through the finish - oak is mostly in the aroma.
