Mungo (2474), Southampton, Hampshire, England Apr 24, 2007 Bottle (from Waitrose). Rebadged as Waitrose LA cider. Suprisingly pleasant. Fruity with a little sweetness and pleasant acidity. Doesnt feel excessively light. Not a great cider but a pleasant suprise. Sobchak (131), Skagen, Denmark Jan 8, 2006 Bottle. - This one really suprised me, a 1% cider with more caracter and taste, than some of the commercial brands at 5-6%. - Nice refreshing and crisp taste... ciderguy (97), Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 22, 2003 Here's a new one on me. A low alcohol variety of a true English Cider. Seems almost counterintuitive. Don't let the name fool you though. Though low on booze content it lacks nothing on taste. It was light and sweet with a friendly nose. It was one of the more easy drinking Weston's varieities I've ever had. Its one of the few low alcohol counterparts that taste almost as good as the original. Worth trying if nothing else to convince yourself that a low alcohol could taste this good.
