33 cl bottle from Systembolaget Avenyn, Göteborg. BB 07, 2013; sampled on October 31, 2012.
Clear straw yellow color, very small white head. Sweet, light acidic, white wine, apple juice scent. Apple juice, a bit sweet, some sugar taste. Hints of sulphur, though mainly apple juice aftertaste, also some table salt. Medium smooth mouthfeel with fairly low co2 coming through. Sort of tart dry bitter finish. Apple peel kind of dry bitterness. Like a soft drink.
