500ml can. Similar description and same ABV. Crisp gold with minimal head. Apple must aroma. Tastes like apple juice. I think I would prefer the DRY version. A nice finishing tartness.

Pale fizzy golden. Nose is applejuice, the taste is more applejuice with pleasantly crisp acidity, no over-the-top sweetness. Refreshing and very drinkable.

Tap at Churchkey. Nice to see this comes in 2L PET bottles. Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Odd plastic aroma moving to diaper and then finally fresh apple. Taste is tart then heavy sweet with large dollops of sugar. Still, not cloyingly sweet. Thin, watery mouthfeel. Not too bad.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of light sour apples. Taste is light sour and light sweet with a dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On draught at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a fair white head. Apple aroma and flavour. Quite dry and not too sweet. Nice dry finish. Moderate carbonation and a little CO2 prickle.

Tasted from a tap at a stand at the Shrewsbury Flower Show. The appearance is amber, fizzy and generally cider-like, there is a sweet apple aroma coming from the nose and the taste has a deeper more intense stewed apples. The palate is good, as with many ciders, there is depth of flavour, this carries through the middle section and there is a clean zingy finish. Overall, this is a decent cider. The difficulty I have is differentiating in the appearance of ciders which are generally not as pleasing as a beer with a nice head and the palate which is generally good with ciders, as discussed above.

tap on 7/3/11 - appearance - clear gold with no head. Aroma is crisp green apples. Taste is in the sweet/tart end of the spectrum. Body is thin, but the tartness lingers nicely.
