Clear pale golden colour with a small white head.
The aroma is strangely buttery sweet with some apple and vinegar notes. Quite a mild aroma. The flavour is apple, some sweetness, mild caramel and earthy mouldy notes. Drinkable. Slightly watery.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of apple and wood. Dry woody flavour, light bitter, light sweet touch. Quite dry, finish apple and light astringent.

draft @ the bridge house, belfast .. . had this down as 4.8% .. . easy going cider .. . medium mouth .. . apple juice, hay, and red aplle skin .. . medium gold .. . sturdy foam .. . touch of tartness .. . a very good cider .. . . i once broke wind on an elevator. someone said, "that is wrong on so many levels."

Draught sample at Beers 2013 expo, Tel Aviv. Pours clear golden with white foam. Acidic artificial apple aroma, a little sweet too. Tastes apple-ish. Sweet, not dry. Light body, apple finish. Doesn’t suck.

Keg, The Red Deer, Sheffield, 01/01/13. Pale fizzing green gold without a head. Rubbery somewhat industrial aroma. Better flavour with hints of sauce on gammon, light tannins, sparkling white wine, stomach cramps. Gut-rot: didn’t half finish a half.

I can’t say my socks were absolutely knocked off by this cider. Yellow-gold in colour with a niff of sweetish cider apples and taste of the same. Not a great memorable finish but medium sweet and quaffable.

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow cider, aroma is on apple but dry and very watery, nut much aroma in this one, basic.

Clear yellow with a fizzy quick disappearing head. Smells of sugar and apples, candy, wood and rustic. Medium thin body. Tastes like sweet apples with a dry apple light acid finish. Watery but generally enjoyable.

Can, as Stowford Press, almost no head, clear deep golden colour, an appley winey cider that is quite dry despite its name, soft carbonation. Not complex but clean and satisfying and very easy to drink.
