Tart apples vie with an almost biscuity sweetness in the pleasant and inviting nose. Clear golden body is quite still with no viscosity or legs on the glass. Juice-like apple flavour is lightly woody and lightly spicy with some notes of brown sugar. Medium-light and fairly dry body is slightly sticky in the mouth. Sampled on tap at Charlie’s Bar in Copenhagen.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of light sour apples. Taste is light sour and light sweet with a dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

500ml can. Similar description and same ABV. Crisp gold with minimal head. Apple must aroma. Tastes like apple juice. I think I would prefer the DRY version. A nice finishing tartness.

On tap at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Fizzy and golden with a pleasing musty aroma. Taste is agreeably but not overwhelmingly sour. Some sweetness, however I would have preferred a drier finish.

Tap at Blackwater Irish Pub, Winterberg. Think it is this version. Clear golden color, no head. Smells and tastes like apple juice, nothing more, bit sharper maybe. Bit dry palate.

[5/14/12] Draught at Charlie’s Bar in Copenhagen. As "Westons Premium Medium Dry". 4.5%. I hope it’s the right entry. Clear golden. Sweetish flavor with green apples, a hint of oak and a decent dry fruity finish. Pretty quaffable.

Marko (3612) - Split, CROATIA - JUN 13, 2009
0.33l bottle bought at the Culinaris in Budapest
Poured a golden body with a white head that went away immediately. Soft appley nose, lightly sour, some cork. Soft and slightly dry taste, sweetish, apple again, light cork, some sourness, without much character but kinda pleasant. Light sourish green apple like aftertaste. Drinkable and would make a nice "entry" cider.
