500ml bottle. Pours gold with low carbonation. Aroma is slightly sour apple juice. Taste has dry apple juice to start with a light sour apple finish.

Ok, think this goes here... 500ml can, just says "Stowford Press, Westons Cider" on the can, also states that this is the official cider of England Cricket. Gold and clear with a fast fading white head, leaves a thin ring. Nose is fleshy apple with some tartness. Slight apple flesh flavour, not too sweet thankfully, some apple skins. Dryish end, well carbonated and light bodied. Pretty standard cider, drinkable.

Tasted from a tap at a stand at the Shrewsbury Flower Show. The appearance is amber, fizzy and generally cider-like, there is a sweet apple aroma coming from the nose and the taste has a deeper more intense stewed apples. The palate is good, as with many ciders, there is depth of flavour, this carries through the middle section and there is a clean zingy finish. Overall, this is a decent cider. The difficulty I have is differentiating in the appearance of ciders which are generally not as pleasing as a beer with a nice head and the palate which is generally good with ciders, as discussed above.

Draught sample at Beers 2013 expo, Tel Aviv. Pours clear golden with white foam. Acidic artificial apple aroma, a little sweet too. Tastes apple-ish. Sweet, not dry. Light body, apple finish. Doesn’t suck.

On tap at the Cross Keys in Molesworth, UK: This was labelled as Stowford Press Traditional Draft Cider so I’m unsure if it is the dry or medium dry. Poured light yellow with a medium sized, quickly disappearing white head. Very mild apple aroma. Flavor is mild apple with a slight sweetness up front followed by a slight sourness in the finish. Kind of watery in my opinion but decent.
