Bottle. Mild and yet dry apple aroma. Mild but not sweet apple flavor, a bit watery though. High carbonation and a short aftertaste.

On tap at the Bag ONails, Bristol 21/10/08. Plenty of apple fruit with a hint of yeasty dryness. An easy drinking quaffer.

Draught. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bacon, oak, rotten apples and some mild spices. Flavour is very dry apples, nothing more. Easily drinkable, but not very exciting.

<b>Cask gravity</b><br />Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is apple, kandi sugar, barnyard and wood notes.
