Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden colour. OK citric apple flavour with a hint of the usual cardboard aftertaste along with some apple pit notes. Good balance between citric and sweet flavours.

Bottle from pechams. Aroma is not so typical from westons, tart and sour with that prodominant yeast but some spice or something sweet makes it different. Taste is along the same llines though slightly more carbonated than i like my sparkling ciders.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of apples, but also a light woody note. The flavor is sweet appley combined with a nice adicity, as well as a touch of wood.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Clear, dark, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Somewhat astringent and leathery apple aroma. Rather light body, a bit watery actually. Dry, clean apple notes with a subdued tartness. Quite quaffable. 180807

33 cL bottle. Pours yellow, clear with a lacing head. Heavy apple citric nose, seems dry. Sweet apple flavour into a citric finish. Nice strong cider.
