Aug 5, 2008 Cask. Golden colour, no head. Both the aroma and flavour are pretty much gueuze meets apple and white wine. Didn’t get alll too hyped up about this.

Mar 30, 2008 Handpump - Wig & Pen Northampton. A hazy gold still looking cider. The aroma is sweetish apples as is the taste. It’s like liquid apples with a bit of sugar. No funky notes but it is produced by one of the big boys. Having said all that it’s traditional enough.

Oct 31, 2007 Very pale straw colour. Aroma is decent, lightly earthy with a crisp tannic character. Light wildness and lots of apple character. A touch watery though. Very light acidity and it comes across as a bit flat. Light buttery character that I don’t really care for either.
