An unclear light yellow cider with no head. The aroma is very apply combined with a slight acidity. The flavor is quite acidic, combined with notes of apples, and some notes of apple core and vitamin c. Nothing special.

Cask. Golden colour, no head. Both the aroma and flavour are pretty much gueuze meets apple and white wine. Didn’t get alll too hyped up about this.

(Market Porter, London) Clear apple juice body with no head, still. Aroma is moderately sweet, apple, some wood, light alcohol/vinous. Taste is moderately sweet, apple, minimal tartness, some oak. Watery light body.

Comments: Extremely juicy, flat cider that begs for more tannins and funk.

Tap. Slightly smelly farmyardy aromas. Palate is quite acidic, and tart sour, probably more sour i think. Apple skin acidity towards the finish.
