Oct 2, 2006 [Cask at the Three Judges] Cloudy green/yellow colour. Nice leathery notes with some ripe apple sweetness and some acidic notes. smooth palate, slight sweetness, dry and tart.

Pale golden coloured with a cloudy appearance. Strong in alcohol. Dry finish.

Mar 30, 2008 Handpump - Wig & Pen Northampton. A hazy gold still looking cider. The aroma is sweetish apples as is the taste. It’s like liquid apples with a bit of sugar. No funky notes but it is produced by one of the big boys. Having said all that it’s traditional enough.

Mar 31, 2007 Bag in a box (20L) at Jacob’s housewarming-party. Unclear yellow - no head. Lots of apple, acid, light apple sour. Smooth very nice.

Aug 5, 2008 Cask. Golden colour, no head. Both the aroma and flavour are pretty much gueuze meets apple and white wine. Didn’t get alll too hyped up about this.
