Flavour shows an initial sweetness which soon gains a nice dry phenol note providing wood like notes. Shows a more bitter and acidic flavour towards the finish. Spare lacework. Clear sparkling body with a golden color. Aroma of apple, yeast, mild barnyard-wood like, vinegar, citrus and maybe even a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry alcoholic texture. Moderated acidic flavor with light sweetness. Acidic fresh apple like finish. Rich sweetish apple and apple skin flavor with some woody and astringent notes. Nice dryer oak finish. A golden cider with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet and tart with strong notes of apples. The flavor is quite tart with strong notes of apples as well as some notes of wood, and apple core. Typical cider appearance, light golden colour and highly carbonated. Sharp and bitter appleskin flavour with a slightly warming bitter finish. Decent cider.
