COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled (filtered).
This premium cider is fermented and matured in old oak vats from a single year's crop of cider apples. It is a strong cider with a very high bitter-sweet juice content which gives a full rich fruit character.

Bottle as "English Vintage 2011 cider", clear lightish golden colour, soft carbonation, aroma of apple and leather, flavour of very ripe apples with some metalic notes and light spicey hints, light sweetness, alcolhol showing just a bit, long lasting mellow sour aftertaste. Very good cider.

Light golden hue, with a little bubbliness. Smell is of sweet apples. Tungfeeling (taste) is sweet, tart and has some oak coming through, but ends quickly and dryly. Overall, a good, tangy applewine, but can get tiresome after a while.
