Looks like white wine. Tastes like cider with a pear twist. Dont like but prefer it over commercial lager.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Very sweet pear cider. I didnít feel pear so much. Itís like mixure of pear and apple. Itís too sweet and it is like wine more than a beer. For us beerlovers itís understandably that we donít like this too much.

From bottle. Poor wee Pete likes an alcopop when heís hungover. He got a rum deal with this one. Foul. Sweet and sour. Like it was on the turn. Really poor. Sink job.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours with all the fury of a French champagne to settle a medium gold, translucent liquid of soda-pop consistency. Woody, mineral-like, salted cracker nose with hints of rhubarb, plum and rotting green vegetables, ugh! Thin, watery and very tangy, tannic and astringent. Really tart in an oddly sweet way. Makes my mouth pucker. Tastes of watered down apple juice with sweaty sock sulphury notes lingering. Pear? Hard to tell in between the collapse of my cheek muscles that is each sip. Not my thing and definitely not the better of Westonís range! (50cL, BBE 05/13, Dan Murphyís Currambine)

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pale limpid pour with a bit of light carbonation. The aroma is softly sweet with a very light bit of pear aroma. A touch of soft spice and some light pear sweetness. Not terribly distinctive or otherwise memorable. Moderate tartness as well.
