Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is spicy, mild rubbery, mild fruityness and alcohol. Flavour is spicy, earthy, fruity and quite sweet maltyness, herbs and wood.

Pours golden with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, light marcipan and fruit. Flavour is malt, heavy fruit and spicy notes.

33 cl bottle. Dark golden Yellow with a fizzy to creamy white head that laces pretty good. The smell is very yeasty. The taste is yeasty as well as some spices and a bitter hoppy aftertaste. Not really my taste.

First Snowfall of the Season tasting in Odense. Golden with a fluffy and lasting white head. Aroma of mineral and fruity yeast. Sweet and complex yeast-dominated fruity and spicy flavour with a herbal hoppy finish

Bottle @ Local Tasting, Nov 2010. Thanks to Fonefan. Pours cloudy golden with a small egg white head. Nose is yeast and fruit. Flavor is dry fruity and yeasty with a bit of pepper and hops. Medium and smooth palate. Good.

(Draught) Opaque yellow with a small, but firm and lasting, lacy head. Honeyish malt and a touch of grassy hops in the nose. Flavor is fruity with orange-peel spiciness, pale maltiness, and some dull pear acidity. Medium+ body, soft carbonation. An easily forgettable tripel, that needs more complexity despite being reasonably balanced. 4436

Bottle from Beer Temple. Golden body with plenty of foam. Nose of malt, caramel and sweets. Really nice taste of fruits and malt. Packs a mighty punch. Quite enjoyable.
