14.9 oz can. Pours translucent amber with an off-white foamy head. Aroma of corn and toffee. No carbonation. Creamy mouth-feel. Taste like corn, toffee, a bit earthy, and has a slight bitterness. Smooth bittersweet finish.

A pale yellow ale with a thick creamy white head. Image a pale-ale with a smooth creaminess to it and makes it nice and thick.

Pint Can: (w/widget) Pours in a cascade of creamy, off-white foam that slowly reveals a clear, dark copper. (I love that flip-flop pour....it’s cool.) Scent is nutty, vanilla, caramel. Taste is creamy malt, sweet wood and nut....a little bread. Smooth, flavoutful....whipped head lasts all the way to the finish. Superb.

I was surprised to hear the hissing sound of the nitro capsule, I wasn’t expecting it. Ice tea color with the reverse cascade of bubbles a thick and creamy white head with strong lacing. Sweet aroma with under tones of vanilla and caramel. Sweet flavor with a nice thick mouthfeel. I was really pleased with this one.

Aroma: caramel & a little toast; Appearance: amber, clear, minimal (problems with widget?) off-white foam; Taste: medium sweetness, light-to-medium bitterness, very, erm, "balanced" and quite pleasant; Palate: medium body, oily and very smooth feel (as it says on the can), soft or even flat carbonation, delicate, moderately long slightly bitter finish; Overall: quite good in general, I had problems with my can so total score should be a little higher.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate but thick white head. Really interesting nose I’m having a hard time describing - just a hint of sour like a barley wine. Taste is a bit sour and a bit bitter, which is a little weird. Very creamy, though.

My can say ’creme ale’ ale...Patrice McMahon style! Sweet nitrogenized can effects - lots of carbonation swirling and foamy head. Deep copper color. Nose is a load of doughy vanilla and toffee. Sweet caramel and woody flavor. Some spice may have be. n added to make it seem cask aged. Smooth buttery body. Greene King gets decent US exposure. Can’t remember seeing it in the UK though.
