The smooth mellow creaminess is correct. But only from 1810? Common, by the way they dress up the can you would think that the Knights Templars were brewing this stuff in the 13th century. You know before Jacques de Molay was executed. Well maybe another mystery the world has to unravel? Most likely… na. A very nice Irish cream ale, immensely enjoyed, enjoying it right now, as I type!

Esperaba más de esta Ale. Malta y levadura en la lengua. Pero de una forma un tanto vulgar. Amargor suave de salida. Espuma impresionante, al mejor estilo stout irlandesa. Roundup: mediocre.

Can pours a very creamy orange color, a lot of head, a tan orange look, decent retention. The aroma is creamy with light notes of hop. The taste is very creamy, light hop and malt in the finish.

Perfect looking Irish ale, with that glorious creamy head provided by "the widget". Coopery and translucent, with an incredible amount of caramel and Karo spread, and no bitterness at all, this near-cloying sweeteness embraces the whole experience. It is not a negative one, not at all.

Slightly more bitter than I’m used to in a cream ale, but definitely enjoyable. Nice head, smoothe taste.

Weak nose just a hint of burnt caramel. Weak watery taste, with a hint of wet bread. Not much of a palate.

Nice looking amber with a creamy head. The aroma is malty sweet with some bread and caramel. The flavor is sweet caramel, very creamy and smooth. A bit thin but so silky going down.
