Keg, pasteurised, regular;
This authentic Irish Ale dates back to 1810 from Co. Wexford. Brewed to an original family recipe using Irish malt and hops, Wexford has a smooth mellow creaminess we believe you will enjoy.

Wexford Irish Cream Ale has a thick, creamy, roiling, off-white head and a clear, copper appearance, with a large cream sheen of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of light, creamy malt and cream, and the flavor is of sweet, lightly-roasted barley malt, sugar, toffee, and cream, with some alcohol and bitterness in the back taste. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Wexford Irish Cream Ale finishes semi-dry, refreshing, mellow, and very drinkable. Overall, this is an excellent beer. RJT

Dourada e translúcida, boa formação de espuma que dura o tempo todo. Notas de malte, caramelo e o frescor do lúpulo. Cerveja de corpo médio, porém resfrecante. Final curto, maltado e com agradável amargor no retrogosto.

440 ml. can. Clear, amber colour with golden hues. Thin, creamy off-white head. Sweet aroma with toasted malts, caramel, fruits, toffee, some earthy hops. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying with toast, caramel malts and fruits. A bit muted in the flavour - nitro?

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2014 Not very strong, malty and metallic aroma at first, but later it turns into coffee, fruits, whisky and a little alcohol. The colour of dark amber, large, relatively stable head. Lightly bitter, just a slight hint of sweetness. Light plus body, nice and creamy, effectively flat, lightly bitter finish. Not a celebration beer perhaps, but a very enjoyable, very drinkable one; very slightly reminiscent of Irish coffee.

Can. Dark amber/slight orange pour. Cream colored head dies quickly but leaves a thin layer for the duration. Very low carbonation. Light nose. This has a thick, creamy mouth feel. Moderate hops linger in the aftertaste a good long time. Flavor is mild and pleasant. This is very enjoyable. Nice job!

It pours slowly and extremely foamy with an abundance of tiny tan bubbles. After a minute or so, the bubbles settle on top of the beer which is a lovely honey amber colored liquid. The head that forms is supper creamy, slightly oily and light tan in color. The lacing slides down the sides of the glass just above the head. It has a pleasant malty aroma of sweet buttered bread and honey. There are light aromatic hops off in the back ground. The palate is very smooth and creamy in texture. Malt flavors taste of buttered bread and soft unsalted pretzel with a light caramel sweetness. It’s so smooth and buttery that it becomes rather bland and watery in the middle. It finishes with a mild herbal hops bitterness and some light mineral/metallic notes.
