Keg, pasteurised, regular;
This authentic Irish Ale dates back to 1810 from Co. Wexford. Brewed to an original family recipe using Irish malt and hops, Wexford has a smooth mellow creaminess we believe you will enjoy.

Wexford Irish Cream Ale has a thick, creamy, roiling, off-white head and a clear, copper appearance, with a large cream sheen of lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of light, creamy malt and cream, and the flavor is of sweet, lightly-roasted barley malt, sugar, toffee, and cream, with some alcohol and bitterness in the back taste. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Wexford Irish Cream Ale finishes semi-dry, refreshing, mellow, and very drinkable. Overall, this is an excellent beer. RJT

Pours a clear medium amber with a dark ruby cast. Normal head, lacing and retention after the foamy rush of the nitro widget. Light nose of caramel with just a hint of earthy hops. As it warms, subtle buttery notes are evident. Light medium bodied with a very smooth texture that approaches creamy. Under carbonated with no effervescence. The flavor profile is reasonably intense, not complex and is poorly balanced. It begins with a non-sweet caramel note that is almost covered by grainy undertones. The middle is slightly bitter and has an earthy hop flavor that seems stale. The finish is slightly astringent and that stale hop flavor lingers. Stale hop flavor dominates this one, and not in a good way.

Słodowy, lekko biszkoptowy zapach. Kolor bursztynowy, przejrzysty, piana beżowa, ładna i trwała. Pozostawia alkoholowy posmak. Ogólnie zgadzam się z człowiekwiadro :D

zapach słodowy, lekko biszkoptowy z lekkim zapachem alkoholu i rdzy i mocną nutą ziołową. kolor bursztynowy, przejrzysty, piana beżowa, bardzo ładna i trwała, choć niezbyt obfita. w smaku półpełne, lekko jabłkowe z dość wysoką, ale szybko zanikającą goryczką o ziołowym charakterze. trochę przypomina lekko zleżałe piwo. zupełnie nienasycone, pozostawia lekko alkoholowy posmak.

"Also slightly bitter and slightly sweet (butterscotchish). Not quite as much Character as the Caffrey’s, but nice enough. I prefer too many sixers for $1.50 per to spend $3 on this again..."

Can. Pours in with an incredible lavage effect for a can. After a while the foam stabilizes into a creamy tan medium head with a golden bronze clear body. Aroma is malty, light caramel and toast, but very light indeed. Taste has medium malty character with light to medium earthy bitterness. Body is full, creamy and soft carbonation. Good enough.

Got it for $9.34 for a 4 pack of 15 Oz cans. It’s a nitrogen induced beer. Starts with a sweet honey taste followed by some bitterness. It’s amber in color. Sort of reminds me of Caffreys.
