On tap at local Unoís. Pours a light orange color. aroma of pine, citrus and whole leaf hops. Taste is pure American IPA, why is this not bottled? Wonderful hopiness comes through very cleanly with a touch of maltiness and a slightly bitter finish. Well done!

Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head...nice retention and lacing. Aroma has some mild stonefruit and orange. Flavor has some breadiness and pine...just a bit metallic. Mouthfeel is lignt/medium with a grapefruit/piney slightly metallic bitter finish.

Pretty amber color with enormous off-white head. Minimal duration and lace. The character of this beer is dominated by the hop. Sweet and citrusy hop. Good hop backbone with light citrus notes. I enjoyed this, but not as good as their original IPA, Infusion.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2012 Draft. Smells like a pine bomb. On a night of IPAs and Double IPAs, this was my favorite. Taste is mild bitter with very little malt balance. This makes the bitterness stand out well. Palate is medium. Solid.

Poured golden in color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is mostly grass and the taste is grassy with a little bit of lemon rind on the back end. Watery mouthfeel made it somewhat thin for an IPA. Kind of a one trick pony, but itís a pretty damn good trick.

Hand pump. Golden pour with some bubbles on top. Pine and citrus aroma. Still canít get used to hand pump consistency and temperature. Flavor Is decent but not great.

Draft at Unoís. Pours light honey gold with a seafoam white head and some frothylace. Aroma of hay, honey, fresh cut apples, musty basement and some pilsner malt. Tastes like honey, must, bitter hop resin, and some pineapple in the finish. Medium bodied with a loose, juicy palate. Finish is clean, crisp, and bittersweet. Good IPA.
