Really nice IPA on draft at the Unoís in Oaks. Copper colored pour with an ample white head. The head laced nicely around the glass. The nose was pretty much all hops, with a touch of bready malt. The body was smooth and extremely drinkable. There were a ton of hops in the body, with citrus and pine notes. There was also a good balance to the beer, with just enough bready and earthy malt to provide extra flavor and balance.

Nice ipa. Hoppy but not over powering like many that are out there right now. Hubby said it went well with steak. Had on tap.

On tap at local Unoís. Pours a light orange color. aroma of pine, citrus and whole leaf hops. Taste is pure American IPA, why is this not bottled? Wonderful hopiness comes through very cleanly with a touch of maltiness and a slightly bitter finish. Well done!

On tap at pizzaria uno pours hazy gold with a solid head. Aromas of citrus pine and flural aromas hit you first followed by a carmel malt. Taste is bitter with a touch of sweet then ends in an astringent bitter finish. Medium body and quite palatable dispite bitterness. Good session IPA

Newtown brewfest. Nice orange pour with an aroma of floral , pine and citrus hop. The taste was a well-blended grapefruit, hop and caramel malt combination. Verry good.

On tap at Unoís in Deptford. Real solid IPA. Lots of hops in the aroma and a nice hoppy bite in the flavor. Easy drinking and $3 during Eagles games.

Draft at Unoís. Pours light honey gold with a seafoam white head and some frothylace. Aroma of hay, honey, fresh cut apples, musty basement and some pilsner malt. Tastes like honey, must, bitter hop resin, and some pineapple in the finish. Medium bodied with a loose, juicy palate. Finish is clean, crisp, and bittersweet. Good IPA.
