3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with almost no head. Light and floral nose. Slightly sweet and citrusy on the palate. Easy drink, but not all that remarkable.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is mainly grassy lemon with some herbal spices lurking beneath. Sunny lemon yellow. Sweet citric acid taste up front, tart middle and unfortunately dull finish. Slick and quaffable. Weyerbacher bats outside its comfort zone and hits a ringing double.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Little lacing, medium body, well carbonated, and citrus aroma. Taste is citrus (mostly orange), coriander, and some spice. Really good american wit.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A pretty standard witbier. I got poured it twice thinking I was gonna get a double simcoe. Spicy with a big yeast presence.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis. Pours a light cloudy whitish yellow appearance with a white head. Lemon zesty, lemon grass, coriander, sweet wheat malty, spicy yeasty aroma. Tangy, homemade bread, lemon, somewhat spicy, poppy-seed, coriander, refreshing flavor. Another really easy drinking Witbier that I wish I had regular access to.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from a bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a fizzy white head of foam that dissipates rather quickly. The aroma is zesty oranges with some acidity coming through on top of a strong wheat presence. Taste is loads of bread and just a touch of spice. Orange juice really makes itself known as well. Pretty clean. I can appreciate the effort here. I enjoy it.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Moderate malt aroma hay, light to moderate hops and yeast of flowers, perfume, and dough, with hints of bubble gum, coriander and clove. head is small, frothy/fizzy, white with fair slippery lacing and mostly diminishing. Color is hazy yellow/amber. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes moderately acidic an lightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery with a fizzy carbonation. Though most of this Witbier is very light and the flavor is a bit flat, there is some deep hop and yeast notes in it.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle from Julio’s Liquors. Nice foggy, unfiltered yellow color with ¼ inch soapy head. Great retention and lace. Nose is traditional Wit. Great wheat and coriander aromas. Flavor follows the nose with a nice amount of orange peel. The citrus shows up a lot in the finish. Slightly tart. The spice is extremely mild.
Texture is dry. Body is on the thin side yet doesn’t really make it a negative aspect at all. Overall a very simple and straight-forward Wit. Very light and easy to drink. I would not only drink this again; I would buy again. Tasty.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Appearance: light, nearly clear yellow with a quickly vanishing fizzy white head and no lace. Aroma: traditional wit flavors, maybe a little more aggressive than usual with the spices. Taste: spicy, with notes of coriander, white pepper, a hint of clove, and a good dose of citrus. Finish: crisp, clean, and very quick. Notes: Flavors were on par with a really excellent wit, but the palate was a little light and the appearance was pretty lackluster (although the label artwork is pretty nice). Not as good as a Hoegaarden, and way below an Allagash White.
