COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blanche is a thirst quenching beer that combines character and flavor with a moderate alcohol content. Just try a bottle. In the nose you'll notice spiciness from the coriander seeds and dried curacao orange peels added during the boil. In the mouth you'll find a mild and refreshing ale with a hint of dryness from the wheat ingredients. A clean finish follows with just a hint of tart spiciness.

Hazy gold appearance with a small, off white head and good lacing. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Taste is wheaty, spicy, some citrus; on the tart side. Smooth, light-to-medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel with a dry, medium length finish.

Pours a hazy light yellow with a thin head. Aroma of citrus, light coriander, and some wheat notes. The flavor is pretty standard. Light wheat, a dash of coriander and a crisp quenching citrus finish that was the highlight of the brew for me.

!2 oz bottle. Pours pale yellow with a minimal head. Smells lightly fruity and sweet. Tastes lightly fruity like pear, apple, and grape. Also very faint hints of banana and coconut, maybe? Very light body and not enough spice. Not too bad.

Poured from bottle. Has nice spice bread aroma. Pale gold, just a trace of head remains. Good flavors, wheat and spice up front with citrus in the back. Could really use more flavor. Has nice, clean, thisrtquenching feel. Great finish. Good stuff.

Pours surprisingly clear, for a wit. Spritzy, lemony aroma - kind of odd, but not bad. Flavor is sweet and citrusy at first, then an odd herbal note. Perhaps a bit too understated.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy bright gold with a moderate white head that faded to a ring after the first sip and left virtually no lace. Pleasant aroma of lemon, orange, wheat, and just a bit of spice. The flavor is a bit more influenced with wheat grain and less of the citrus. Some spice is present as well, particularly in the aftertaste. A bit dry at the finish. A solid wit with a surprisingly low score.
