Wonderful wit, not too sweet with just the perfect amount of coriander. Pours perfectly, a little hazy with a nice frothy head. A little high on the carbonation for my usual liking, but I can look past this because of the wonderful taste. Looking forward to next summer!

I love this beer. Maybe I’m biased because I live right next door in Bethlehem, PA. This is a great Witbier. Good cloudiness and great taste. What else is there in this life.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12oz brown bottle from Lighthouse in Manchester. Light yellow murky body with a good inch of white head that persists well and leaves a fair bit of lacing. Smells like citrus and allspice. Tastes citrusy, pithy, and spicy, with notes of coriander and nutmeg toward the finish. Lighter bodied. Fairly drinkable. Not the best Wit I’ve had, but definitely a very good one.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A- Uniform cloudy pale yellow body with small foamy white head. Head quickly vanishes and no lacing is left behind in the glass. Yeast does not move around in the glass-it is completely blended in.
S- Sweet yeast and spices hit the nose first. This is followed by a mellow fruity citrus scent.
T- Citrus and spices up front with hints of yeast and belgian sugar. The finish is mostly yeast but has hints of citrus and spice. Sweet yeast and some sugariness reamain on the palate until the next sip. The taste is well balanced the whole way. Nothing is overpowering.
P- Medium carbonation and yeasty body. Goes down smooth. Yeast lingers.
O- This is very drinkable and another great release from Weyerbacher. I would not hesitate to buy this one again. What lacks in appearance is more than made up for in the smell, taste and mouthfeel. Very sessionable and very drinkable brew. Well done.

Pours a very faded yellow color, almost white. Spunky aroma of coriander, lemon peel, and Belgian yeast. The flavor is bright and refreshing for a hot summer day. Fruity upfront, with bursts of orange and lemon. Spices come through in the middle with coriander, banana, and clove. The body is light, with quenching carbonation. Really delightful, its full of flavor yet still light and easy drinking

Awesome white. Next best thing to Allagash White. Nice aroma and appearance with a snappy spice kick to the orange/coriander flavor, without being too overwhelming. Great beer and my first entrant into this fine brewery.

Avery good witbier. Great sweet/fruity aroma and flavor with, in my opinion, a little more than a hint of tart spiciness. It reminds me of Blue Moon (only better). This style is really growing on me.
