COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blasphemy is our award winning QUAD aged in bourbon barrels. But not overaged, so we've picked up gentle vanilla oaky notes which complement rather than supercede the complex qualities that already make QUAD such an incredible beer.

Complex aroma and flavors that are bold. Pours deep red in color. Dark fruits are displayed. Belgian candy sugar and it is a bit hot. Bourbon is subdued but detectable. Extremely sweet, but not to the obnoxious cloying point.

750ml bottle. DArk amber pour. It has some vanilla notes and a tartness that is not quite infected but enough to take away from the barrel and the quad-like flavor.

Pours a burnt red with a foamy, off-white head that reduces to thin film within a couple minutes. Some lacing. Nose is slightly boozy with sweet caramel and a hint of tart apple. Taste is on the sweet side, but quite well-balanced. Full-bodied brew with lively carbonation and a long, tangy finish. Very nice!

Dark maroon in color with a thin filmy head and tons of sediment. Big sugary raisin aroma with noticeable alcohol. Very sweet. Full bodied and slick on the tongue with a long finish. Very tasty brew!

beautiful, slightly cloudy amber color; great aroma - mostly bourbon and oak; a great, smooth, strong beer; fruity Belgian yeast, malt, and lots of bourbon and oak notes; nice warm, alocohol finish

Bottled. Pours a brown murky color with almost no head whatsoever. Aroma is figs, candied sugar, little bit of vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is pretty tame for how strong this one is. Figs, some currants. Little bit of the whiskey and a little bit of booziness. Pretty much what you’d expect from a quad. But if I’m getting a barrel aged beer I want a little more complexity. But overall it really is pretty nice. As far as quads go, very good. As far as barrel aged goes, it could do better.

Amber with thin tan head. Flavor/aroma is a candy sweet with maraschino cherry. Lacks in dimensionality compared to [real] Belgian quads, yet makes up for it with some whiskey barrel (maybe rye or sour mash?) A sipper, sweet, not cloying, bot not delicious either. A bit hot.

Mid to dark brown pour small bubbled tan head with good lacing. Sweet aroma brown sugar and raisins a hint of whiskey. Palate is full well coated and lightly creamy. Flavor finished with a dry oaky note AMD some heat in the swallow giving seat the alcohol level. Decent stuff

Quad poteznie nasycony aromatem Whisky, a to za sprawa lezakowania w tych beczkach, nie wiem tylko ile ale z pewnoscia sporo. Bo aromat wyraznie torfowy i dymny. W smaku dominuje dymnosc wedzonosc, torfowosc i mokre drewno. Slod jeczmienny prawie identyczny do slodu jaki sie uzywa do Whiskey. Niewielka piana, a praktycznie prawie zadna moc alkoholu wyczuwalna glownie w rozgrzewajacej koncowce a takze troche w smaku. Dieabelskie mcne piwo o brazowo bursztynowej barwie. Pod koniec sporo metnosci i brudu tego torfowego piwa.
