COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This 6%, 60ibu IPA has an extremely simple malt bill so as not to mask any hops. Northern brewer, glacier and simcoe hops were used. It was then dry hopped with all three of those hops.

Draught at Capone’s: Aroma of hops, pineapple, citrus, resin, and grapefruit. Poured amber/orange in color with a small, creamy, dense, off-white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Excellent lacing. Flavor is lightly sweet and light to medium bitter. Tastes of hops, malt, resin, citrus, and slight caramel. Medium body. Lightly tingly, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Medium bitter, lightly sweet, resin, hop, malt, slight citrus finish is lightly dry.
