Stained head with a hazy orange/amber appearance. Strong hoppy taste, little tinny, pine cone finish. Settles to a smooth rich fruity syrup with still that bitter grapefruit finish. jaghana (103), Strasbourg, France

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 15, 2009 Pours this massively hazy copper color like it is almost muddy. Nice white head with great lacing. Aroma is huge. Smells like orange candy, earthy and strong. It almost tastes like hop tea. Nothing but hops, dirt flavor (earthy) and some bitterness. Not sure if I have the placed as a best for me yet. Very interesting though. Leighton (263), New York, New York, USA

Golden copper hue with a medium head. Nose is all hops. Flavor is all hops as well, and the most notable flavor is of pine. At once bitter and sweet. Delicious. Beautiful. Finish is somewhat dry and lip-smacking. Excellent. Cakes (44), New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, USA

A very interesting rather cloudy brownish copper color.
Has a significant off-white head.
A hint of citrus.
Quite a quality IPA.

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 7, 2009 Split this 22oz bottle with a friend. Weyerbacher has some really strange label art. Anyway, this one was a nice dark orange in color. The smell was tropical fruit, mostly pineapples. The taste was citrus, pineapple, pinecone, and other fruits. This was a really good beer that I wish I could buy locally. It might also be nice if the ABV was a little lower.

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Oct 5, 2009 Bomber share out on the patio at Flossmoor Station’s Oktoberfest celebration. Poured a deep, orangy amber with an off white, frothy head and clingy, ribbony lacing. The aroma was a fleeting hint of litter box, resin, and bright citrus as white grapefruit. Smooth malt was present in the flavor to stabilize, but the hops got the upper hand, leaving a potent bitterness on the tongue. An excellent DIPA
